About this cartoon: With protests against racism and police brutality raging in Portland, OR, Donald Trump and Atty. General Bill Barr sent in unmarked, unidentified federal troops from various agencies to crack down on protesters, against the wishes of both the mayor and governor. Not trained in crowd-control measures, the "secret police" grabbed individuals and shoved them into unmarked rented vehicles before eventually releasing them... a frightening foreshadowing of authoritarianism.
